Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 27, 2019, the Defendant refused to return home, stating that he was under the influence of alcohol in the Tambam Park in the Bamba-dong in Gwangju Mine-gu, and following the 112 report, the Defendant: (a) on November 27, 2019; (b) on the part of the police officer belonging to the Gwangju Mine Police Station B District, the police officer belonging to the Gwangju Mine Police Station B District; and (c) on the part of the police officer D, who was asked to ask questions about his personal information, and (d) on the part of the police officer assigned to the Gamba-dong in Gwangju Mine-gu; and (b) on the part of

At around 02:30 on November 27, 2019, the Defendant expressed to the above police officers who requested the above police officers to leave the E Apartment Fdong parking lot, that “Is the name of the official, the name of the official, the king, and the king of the king.” After having taken the patrol from the police station, the Defendant was able to drive the above police officers for about 20 minutes from the police officer who was requested to return home from the police officer, and the police officers continued to commit a sexual indecent act by the above police officer, which refers to the police officers who continued to commit the above police officer’s sexual intercourse, and at the request of the above police officer, the Defendant assaulted the above police officer D with his body and arms, which was sealed by the body of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reported duties.

2. At around 02:50 on November 27, 2019, the Defendant damaged goods for public use, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender under suspicion of obstruction of the performance of official duties, such as the above paragraph (1), at the above E Apartment Fdong parking lot, and damaged the partitions installed between the front seat of the patrol vehicle and the rear seat on the back seat of the patrol vehicle, and then damaged goods used by public offices so that the repair cost would be equivalent to 350,000 won.
