1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from June 30, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment with no ground for pleading (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, only the damages for delay calculated by the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015 and the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, shall be dismissed, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
