1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 29,882,387 and as a result, from September 3, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings are promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015, the portion in excess shall be recognized only as 20% per annum from the day following the date of service of a copy of the complaint in this case until September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment, and the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
