A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 11, 2018, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Suwon District Court’s Eunpyeong site.

On April 25, 2020, at around 09:09, the Defendant, as above, driven the E-wing three cargo vehicles while under the influence of alcohol of about 30km from the 30km section to the 0.041% of the blood alcohol concentration at the 0.041%, from the 30km section of Sinpo City via D located in Sinpo City C in Sinpo City, Sinpo City, Sinpo City.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.

2. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the Class E and the third cargo vehicle.

On April 25, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.041% of blood alcohol concentration at around 09:09, and was under the influence of 0.041% of blood alcohol concentration, and was under the influence of 31% of Mapo-si at the military Mapo-si.
