Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The facts charged shall be modified and recognized within the extent recognized as identical.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B SP car.

On September 18, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 13:45 on September 18, 2018, and led to the entry of the Defendant, from the cukuk-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, to the intersection of the three-distance intersection near the Samduk Passenger Terminal located in the Socuk-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

Since the above intersection is a three-distance along which the traffic of the vehicle is frequent, and there has been a signal device indicating the red light on-and-off signal for vehicles and horses entering the above intersection from the side of the intersection, the driver of the motor vehicle, who intends to enter the said intersection from the intersection to the above intersection, has the duty of care to temporarily stop immediately before the said intersection and to prevent accidents in advance by entering the said intersection.

The Defendant neglected to stop the vehicle immediately before the above intersection and entered the above intersection without examining the left-hand side of the proceeding direction, thereby leaving the left-hand turn in violation of the signal, and caused the victim C (Nam, 69 years old)'s rocketing taxi driving in the direction of the park to run away from the right-hand side of the direction of the defendant's proceeding by negligence on duty, which led the victim C (Nam, 69 years old) to the right-hand side of the vehicle.

The Defendant suffered from the victim’s salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks’ treatment due to occupational negligence as above.

[Defendant asserts that a temporary suspension was made before entering the above intersection, and the cause of the accident is attributable to the negligence of the victim. Vehicles entering the intersection where a sprink and a red light signal is marked with on-and-off signal, if there is a stop line or crosswalk, immediately before the stop line or crosswalk, and otherwise, when not, they should proceed with the other traffic with due care (attached Table 2 of the Enforcement Rule of the Road Traffic Act).
