Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2019. 7. 11. 05:05경 위험한 물건인 B 포르테 쿱 승용차를 운전하여 서울 강동구 C 인근 일방통행 도로에서 진행하던 중 앞서 진행하던 피해자 D(17세) 운전의 E 쏘나타 승용차가 갑자기 제동하였다는 이유로 화가 나 피고인 운전 차량을 이용하여 위 D에게 겁을 주기로 마음먹었다.

The Defendant, carrying a dangerous object such as the above, threatened the victim D, carried a dangerous object, and destroyed the victim’s automobile to use the dangerous object, thereby damaging the victim’s repair cost to the market following the rocketing car owned by the Plaintiff H.
