A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant's sole criminal conduct;

A. On June 8, 2018, at around 12:30 on June 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) visited the back of the driver’s seat of the vehicle of the Eone Star, the Defendant driven by the Defendant; and (b) did not have any much to the extent that it actually needs to be hospitalized; and (c) was hospitalized to claim insurance money, even though the Defendant did not have any much to the extent that the occurrence of a flick flick’s accident, which was flicked by the Defendant.

On June 11, 2018, from around June 11, 2018 to June 12, 2018, the Defendant was hospitalized at the FF Hospital for two days due to an injury such as salt, tension, etc., and claimed insurance money. On June 25, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 1,620,910 from the Victim G Co., Ltd. to receive the payment of KRW 1,620,910 from the victim G.

B. On January 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 20:50 on January 15, 2019, the Defendant was driving by the driver of an Irocketing vehicle entering the right-hand lane from the right-hand left-hand road in the vicinity of the HJ in Young-gun; and (b) the Defendant was driving with the front-class driver.

On January 16, 2019, from around January 16, 2019 to January 17, 2019, the Defendant was hospitalized at the K Hospital for two days and received insurance money, and the Defendant received payment of KRW 2,048,230 from the victim L Co., Ltd. for medical expenses, agreed money, etc., and acquired it by fraud.

2. On February 14, 2019, at around 20:09, the Defendant and the Defendant had been hospitalized to claim insurance proceeds even though the occurrence of shocking accidents without discovering Q SM3 automobiles on the road while changing the vehicle line to the one lane among the two-lane roads in front of the O oil station in Young-gun N, Nam-gun, and driving a PK5 vehicle on the two-lane road in front of the PK-gun.

The Defendant is hospitalized in R Hospital from February 15, 2019 to February 18, 2019 and provides treatment.
