Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on April 9, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the duties of the Seoul Urban Railroad Corporation personnel by force, such as selling Congo at the transfer channel of the D Line 7 in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and being exposed to the victim E of the Seoul Urban Railroad Corporation affiliated with the Seoul Urban Railroad Corporation and being accompanied to the service office and being accused of failing to take any street.
