1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The deceased J owned the K forest 6956m2 (hereinafter “K’s land before subdivision”) in the Cheongdong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do before subdivision.

On November 23, 1979, L forest land was divided into 965 square meters on the land before subdivision, and on May 23, 1984, M forest land was divided into 522 square meters, and on October 10, 1984, N orchard 407 square meters and O orchard 1036 square meters were divided, and on March 24, 2003, P orchard 239 square meters were divided.

On March 24, 2003, M A 5222 square meters in the Cheongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-do is divided into 5104 square meters in M forest, Q 54 square meters in Q 54 square meters, and R 64 square meters in the forest.

On March 24, 2003, Nanwon 407 square meters in the Cheong-gun, Cheong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do was divided into 392 square meters in Nanwon and 15 square meters in S orchard.

At the time of April 8, 1993, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on March 20, 1993 with respect to the 1734 square meters, N,O, and P land in Cheongong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

C. Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale on March 4, 1992 pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 7500, hereinafter “Special Measures Act”) with respect to L and M on January 4, 2008.

Defendant C and D completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 2, 201 with respect to shares of 1/2 of L and M on September 8, 2011, on September 2, 201, and Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 20, 201. Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 20, 201 with respect to shares of 1/2 of L and M owned by Defendant D and M on June 15, 202.

E. The deceased J died on April 14, 1994, and his heir had his wife, E, F, G, H, and I. On October 5, 2014, T died on the deceased on the part of his wife, his child, and the above Defendants, the heir, are the Defendants.

2. Summary of the parties’ assertion

A. On November 4, 1979, the Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff constituted a part of M’s land (attached Form A) as of the present time among K’s land before subdivision from the Network J on November 4, 1979 and each of the above parts less than the present L’s land.
