1. The Plaintiff, Defendant A, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant B, KRW 182,484,347, and each of the above amounts from November 30, 201.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company that sold AA apartment newly built in the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and 63 lots (hereinafter “instant apartment”), and the Defendants take over the status of a person who directly sold or bought the instant apartment units from the Plaintiff (hereinafter “the buyer”).
B. The Plaintiff entered into a contract for the sale of the instant apartment units (hereinafter “instant contract sale contract”) on each date and time indicated below the “contract date” as set out in the table 1, with the persons listed in the “number of buyers” column, and some of the above buyers assigned the status of the buyer to the Defendants listed in the “contract underwriter” column as set out in the table 1 below.
