A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 19, 2012, around 23:30 on December 19, 2012, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s general liquor service by force by driving alcohol in the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D, and taking a bath to the customers with other tables, such as drinking, drinking, etc., and allowing the other customers in E to undergo a disturbance, thereby interfering with the victim’s general liquor service for about 40 minutes.

2. At around 00:10 on December 20, 2012, the Defendant committed an assault, such as: (a) around 00:10, at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) of the same Article, the Defendant: (b) took a bath to the Defendant, including: (c) the Defendant’s slope, who was called out after receiving a report on the Defendant’s obstruction of business from F; and (d) the Defendant sent the Defendant out of the restaurant; and (c) the Defendant, “I am to the end, I am to the end, I am to the end, I am to the end; and (d) the Defendant am to the end when I am to the end; and (d) the Defendant am to the end, and am to the end.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the maintenance of order.
