On October 10, 2013, the first branch of the Chuncheon District Court sentenced the violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act (snorting hallucinogenic substances) to one year, and completed the execution of the sentence in the original prison on August 25, 2014.

[Criminal facts] No person shall take in or inhale hallucinogenic substances or possess them for this purpose.

Nevertheless, on June 7, 2015, the Defendant injected hallucinogenic substances for about one hour at the Defendant’s house located at Sincho, Sincho, Sinsi, on June 16:50, 2015, by inserting an industrial main dynac “top” containing hallucinogenic substances in a plastic sealing, and inserting them into the plastic sealing.

[Fact of the cause of the medical care and custody] Defendant 1 was sentenced to imprisonment for 8 months with prison labor for the violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act in the early branch of the Chuncheon District Court on February 6, 2001 (hereinafter referred to as the above crime record) and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Jeonju District Court on September 6, 2001; 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the first time on October 2, 2002; 8 months and medical care and custody for the same crime at the Jeonju District Court on October 17, 2003; 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor and medical care and custody for the same crime; and 10 years of imprisonment with prison labor for the above first time on May 13, 2005; and 20 years of imprisonment with prison labor for the above crime at the lower court on August 11, 209 and each of the above crimes is likely to be abused.
