A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

18,100,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and on February 16, 2014, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. (1) On June 1, 2014, the Defendant purchased philophones, on June 1, 2014, sold philophones (hereinafter “C”) with a 6.4 million won per se, and 40g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs in plastic plastic bags, sold philophones (hereinafter “philophones”) with a 6.4 million won per se on June 1, 2014.

(2) On August 7, 2014, around 19:31 on August 7, 2014, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphonephones with 3.2 million won in front of the Hospital located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and 15.5g of phiphones contained in plastic plastic bags.

B. On June 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 3.4 million from F of Handphones; (b) around 21:10 on the same day, the Defendant purchased and sold Handphones by delivering 20g Handphones (transport number: G) to KTX-specific cargo offices located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; and (c) around 21:10 on June 2, 2014, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphones by delivering 20g Handphones from KTX-specific cargo offices, as described in the list of crimes, from June 2, 2014 to August 11, 2014.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On August 12, 2014, the Defendant, on August 12, 2014, administered phiphones by means of dilution approximately 0.05g of phiphones from the stairs at the entrance of the Busan-gu Busan-gu H, Busan-do, and injection them into arms, around August 22, 2014.

B. On August 17, 2014, the Defendant, who administered philophones, around 19:00 on August 17, 2014, 2-A of the above 2.

At the same place as Paragraph 1, the philophone administered 0.05g philophones in a way that dilutions clophones into arms.

3. Handphones;
