Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. On April 12, 2019, around 11:00, the victim C (the 60-year-old age) stated that the victim C would pay the taxi fee if he was born to the G Sung-gu E building in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the taxi fee.

Nevertheless, the Defendant took property benefits by getting off the F-business taxi operated by the victim from the building of Ulsan-gu E, Ulsan-gu, the final purpose of which is, and then not paying 173,000 won of taxi fee to the victim.

2. On April 17, 2019, around 09:50, the Plaintiff made a false statement that “Isk to G Dogwon located in the Busan metropolitan transportation unit, such as the taxi expenses that was not paid on April 12, 201, and went to the G Dogwon located in the Busan metropolitan transportation unit,” which read the victim’s “Isk-gu E-Ba, Ulsan.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the taxi fee.

Nevertheless, the defendant takes property benefits by getting off the F-business taxi operated by the victim from the building of Ulsan-gu E, Ulsan-gu, the final purpose of which is to pay the taxi cost of KRW 252,00.

3. On April 17, 2019, the Plaintiff, waiting in front of Gwon in Busan Metropolitan City, was false and false to the effect that the taxi cost and card payment are different.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he borrowed the credit card of the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and lending the credit card from the victim, was able to pay 583,00 won to G Council members located in the Busan Maritime Affairs and Daegu by way of not paying the price.
