1. Around 01:40 on November 13, 2018, the Defendant, on the road in front of the Busan Metropolitan City Office B Officetel, by deceiving the victim as if he were to pay the money without any intention or ability to pay the money. The Defendant, at around 02:50 on the same day, had the victim take the Defendant into the front of Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City E, and had the Defendant take the Defendant at around 02:50 on the same day, acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of the taxi fee of KRW 40,00,000, from that time to January 6, 2019, received property and pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 3,65,000 in total from six times, as shown in the attached Table 1 of the Crimes List from January 6, 2019.
2. On January 1, 2019, around 17:30 on January 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen one of the victim G, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 1,400,000, kept at the victim G, which was owned by the Defendant for hotel customers at the second floor of the Busan Shipping Daegu F2nd floor, Busan, by taking advantage of the gaps in which H, a hotel employee, was neglected to monitor.
