1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 65,00,000 and Defendant B from July 8, 2015 to November 22, 2018.

Description of Claim

On July 7, 2015, the Plaintiff leased KRW 65 million to Defendant B as of December 30, 2015 and as at 3% interest per annum. Defendant C guaranteed Defendant B’s debt to the Plaintiff on the same day.

Therefore, Defendants are jointly and severally obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest and delay damages calculated at the rate of 3% per annum from the following day to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case from July 8, 2015 to November 22, 2018; Defendant C is jointly and severally obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest and delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment.
