A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a D-cruise vehicle.
On May 29, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license at around 01:30 on May 29, 2015, and led the F Licensed Real Estate Agent in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to proceed in a speedless manner in the direction of a new engineer distance from the IC direction in the direction of a drawing.
