On January 24, 2015, at around 07:10, the Defendant driven B K3 cars at a distance of about 200 meters from the street to the south-run market located within the same Gu, located within the only mouth of the Mangnan-gu in the inner city, under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.14%.
