On March 2, 2012, around 23:00, the Defendant driven BM5 car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.095% at a section of approximately 200 meters from the front of the Goak Station located in the Manan-gu Man-si, Manan-si to the roads located in the same Dong from the roads in front of the Manan-gu, Manan-si.
