Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, from August 6, 2014 to December 12, 2014, operated a place of business, such as ear cleaning service, using the trade name “G” in F 401 of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Defendant B served as the head of the office who actually manages the overall work of the said place of business, such as interview and management of female employees, customer guidance, and carbter.

Defendants provided 50,00 won and 30,000 won among the basic fees for 60,000 won received by each customer at the above business establishment, employed H and I as female employees on the condition that they pay the total amount of 10,000,000 won or 100,000 won for each customer, and had H make H make once an act of similarity with a male guest under his name in the above business establishment on August 2014, and had the said female employee do the act of similarity by using the sexual organ of the customers who wish to perform the similarity in his/her hand among male customers who found the above business establishment during the above period.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. In order to avoid the mutual control over K’s trade name by establishing studio 5 on the fifth floor of the JJ building at the time of the government, Defendant A is a person who operates a commercial sex business establishment in a manner of using the act of similarity, which is a tentatively called “observer,” when a male customer wishes, while claiming a studio with a male customer, in order to avoid the mutual control of “K”. Defendant C is a manager who manages the overall operation of the said business establishment, such as a female employee management, customer guidance, and a camera.
