Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. As to the election of the president of the IFF on December 28, 2011, Defendant E: (a) was present as a witness of the case of violation of the Agricultural Cooperatives Act by C, who was provided KRW 100,000 in cash from himself, to the Defendant; (b) on May 17, 2012:
