Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On August 5, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from an Ansan District Court branch on August 5, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury to Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B rocketing car.
On December 8, 2019, at around 00:40, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.176%, and led the Defendant to drive the said rocketing car along the two-lane road in front of the member C in Ansan, along the direction of the direction of the movement, in the direction of the movement.
In such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately operating the brake system and controlling speed by checking the front side in a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not look at the front door while under the influence of alcohol, and was negligent in proceeding as it was, and the part of the front part of the instant rocketing car driven by the victim D(55 years old) was driven by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
