Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a Cunst

On December 1, 2012, at around 06:20, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.140%, and driven through two laness from the Incheon to the Sinst of Sinsan Island, which is located in the front line of the members of Ansan-si.

There is a place where the central line is installed as a concrete structure with a height of 30 cm. In such a case, there was a duty of care to safely operate the car line without breaking the central line to a person engaged in driving the automobile.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant, while driving the EM3 vehicle driven by D, which was driven in the middle line due to the negligence of sM3 vehicle in front of the above sM3 vehicle, suffered injury to the victim F (10 years old) who was on the top of the above sM3 vehicle, such as an unknown number of calendars, which requires approximately 8 weeks of treatment, and injury to the victim G (V, 6 years old) who was on the back seat, for whom approximately 8 weeks of treatment is required for about 8 weeks of treatment, and for about 6 weeks of treatment to the victim H (V, who was on the back seat, 36 years old) who was on the back seat, in need of approximately 6 weeks of treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the victims to be injured.

On December 1, 2012, from around 05:40 to around 06:20 of the same day, the Defendant driven a Crocketing car with blood alcohol concentration of about 0.140% in the section of about 31km from the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu to the Seocho-gu's Western-si's Seog-gu's Seog-si's Seog-si's Seog-si's Seog-si's Seog-gu's Seogk-si.
