A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 15, 2016, at around 13:45, the Defendant driven C rocketing car at approximately 500 meters from the front of the police station south-dong Police Station in Yandong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the front road of the 14:00 on the same day, around 14:00 on the same day.

2. On January 30, 2017, at around 15:50, the Defendant driven a Category C rocketing car from around 30km to the mother of the Defendant in Pyeongtaek-si D around 16:50 on the day from the front of the camping site for the operation of the Defendant in Southern-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu to the front road in front of his house.

3. Around 06:00 on March 2, 2017, the Defendant driven a rocketing car from around 18 km to around 06:50 on the front road of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul to the front road of about 06:50 on the same day.

4. On March 3, 2017, around 11:40, the Defendant run a rocketing car at approximately 4.5 km from the front of the 367-2-dong, Sincheon-si to the head of Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, Seoul, through the head of Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, but the Defendant was an intern at around 12:00 on the same day to the front of the 367-dong, Sincheon-si.

5. On March 3, 2017, around 14:30, the Defendant driven a C rocketing car at a section of about 400 meters from the front line of the steel station located in Docheon-si to the front line of the 14:40 on the same day from the front line of the steel station located in Docheon-si, Mancheon-si to the front line of the Docheon-si.

1. Article 62(1) of the Criminal Code of the Suspension of Execution ( even though the defendant was punished several times for the same kind of crime, in that he/she committed the instant crime repeatedly again, the liability for such crime is not minor, but exceeds a fine after around 2011.
