Punishment of the crime

1. 상해 피고인은 2019. 8. 25. 03:00경 김해시 B에 있는 C 부근 노상에서, 피고인의 전 여자친구인 피해자 D(여,18세)이 자신과 헤어진 후 곧바로 다른 남자를 만난다는 이유로 화가 나, 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴을 때리고 피해자의 머리채를 잡아 바닥에 넘어뜨리고, 계속하여 피해자를 위 공원 안에 있는 정자로 데리고 간 다음 발로 피해자의 얼굴, 배 등을 수회 걷어차고 주먹과 손바닥으로 피해자의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 계속하여 피해자를 위 공원 부근 남해고속도로에 있는 굴다리로 데리고 간 다음 한 손으로 피해자의 머리를 잡고 한 손으로 피해자의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 이에 피해자가 바닥에 주저앉자 발로 피해자의 얼굴, 팔, 몸통 등을 수회 걷어찼다.
