Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of 3,000,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

2. Defendant B

A. B. At the office of H reconstruction and rearrangement project association office located in the fourth floor of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, the Defendant submitted to the said association election commission a written resolution of the extraordinary general meeting under the J’s name, as seen above, as if the written resolution of forgery was duly prepared, and exercised it.
