1. All appeals filed by plaintiffs A, B, C, D, G, I and the defendant are dismissed.

In the first instance trial, the plaintiff A, B, C, D, G, and I (hereinafter the above plaintiffs together referred to as "the plaintiff A et al.") sought payment of the cost of moving residence (the plaintiff A et al., KRW 13,653,630, KRW 10,530, KRW 10,530, KRW 15,914,30, KRW 15,914, and KRW 30, respectively) and the cost of moving (the plaintiff A, B, C, D, and I: KRW 1,83,090, KRW 2,44,120, KRW 120, the part of the claim for the cost of moving residence was dismissed, and the plaintiff et al., appealed appealed against the plaintiff A et al. (the defendant appealed against the plaintiff et al., but the plaintiff et al. continued to withdraw it during the appellate trial).

On the other hand, since the part against the defendant against the plaintiff J was appealed to the whole of the part against the defendant (the defendant recognized that the defendant was obligated to pay the 6,323,830 won out of the residential relocation expenses and the director's expenses, but did not reduce the purport of appeal), the entire part of the plaintiff J's claim is subject to the judgment of this court.

2. Basic facts

A. On September 13, 2006, the head of the Busan Metropolitan Government Maritime Authority (hereinafter “the head of the Maritime Authority”) issued a public announcement of the Busan Metropolitan City Maritime Transport Daegu L, which is about 41,977 square meters of land for 41,977 square meters, a public announcement of the designation and maintenance zone of the K Housing Redevelopment and the public announcement of the plan for the designation of the improvement zone

(hereinafter referred to as “instant public perusal announcement”) b.

Since January 24, 2007, the above area was designated as N-ro rearrangement zone by the Busan Metropolitan City public notice, and was changed to P-ro on July 11, 2007, the Busan Metropolitan City public notice on July 11, 2007 and the Busan Metropolitan City public notice on August 15, 2012.

C. On February 20, 2013, the head of the Shipping Team approved the implementation plan for housing redevelopment improvement project with the Defendant’s project implementer on February 15, 2013 with respect to the Busan Shipping Daegu Q 41,907 square meters (hereinafter “instant improvement project zone”) whose change was changed as above on February 20, 2013, and publicly notified the implementation plan on February 20, 2013.
