1. As to KRW 2,655,622,658 among the Plaintiff and KRW 1,963,327,722 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall start from April 30, 2015 to November 6, 2015.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) Military Personnel Mutual Aid Association C&C (hereinafter “Military Personnel Mutual Aid Association”)

On May 2007, the name was changed to D in 2009 to provide various multimedia services at the same level as that of the private society for military soldiers.

In order to this end, the Military Mutual Aid Association has proceeded with the Defendant, who is the manufacturer of the communications equipment, and the Defendant, via the fixed-term telecommunications operator, is called 'Imstern prolcoedia Subsyst and supplementary equipment (hereinafter referred to as 'Ims equipment') to the Military Mutual Aid Association through the fixed-term telecommunications operator.

(1) IMS introduction projects (hereinafter referred to as “the project of this case”) that establish and provide a service;

2) The key telecommunication lines of the instant project were set up by the Defendant, and the E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”) intended to receive from the Defendant, from the Defendant, the IM equipment was supplied to third-party telecom.

The F and E representative directors G, who are in charge of the Defendant’s public sector business, consulted primarily on the shooting of IMO equipment, system design, etc. for the instant business, and the F and the Defendant’s Technical Team provided technical basic data to the Military Mutual Aid Association, thereby preparing and amending a written request for proposal of the instant business to be provided to the Military Mutual Aid Association on several occasions, such as Sejong Telecom.

3) Meanwhile, inasmuch as the Defendant is required to supply goods only to the company designated as a business partnership in the Republic of Korea, upon December 2007, E reached an oral agreement between the Defendant and the Defendant’s business partner to be supplied with Ims equipment for the instant business operation through the Plaintiff. Accordingly, E orders the Plaintiff to provide Ims equipment, and the Plaintiff imported and supplied Ims equipment from the Defendant to E, and E wishes to carry out the instant business with the Military Mutual Aid Association and the instant Mutual Aid Association by final supply of Ims equipment to Sejong Telecom. (b) By entering into each contract between the Plaintiff and E, H and the Defendant, the Plaintiff’s director, and G.
