At around 18:28 December 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received and kept a total of 168 physical cards from the end of October 2019 to December 13, 2019, in front of the e elementary school located in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, with the direction of the person who has failed to obtain the above name; (b) kept a F bank e-mail card (H); (c) a post office card (J); and (d) a K bank e-mail card (M) from the delivery book; and and (c) kept the Defendant’s e-mailed vehicle from the end of October 2019 to December 13, 2019.
