Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2013, at around 14:17, the Defendant found the victim C, who is the president of the council of occupants' representatives, using the same representative council's seal impression, and tried to bring it up on the book.

Therefore, the victim resisted the seal so that it could not bring the seal, and concealed it out of the original, thereby obstructing the duties of the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives by force.
