Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 8, 2014, at around 06:45, the Defendant: (a) took a serious bath on the ground that G, a police officer affiliated with the Seoul Yongsan Police Station Flaps, who was called out after receiving a report on the drinking value as seen earlier in Yongsan-gu Seoul, did not hear his/her horse; (b) took a boom with his/her arms and flab, and took a boom, etc.; and (c) interfered with the legitimate performance of duties concerning the maintenance of public security and order of the said G, a police officer.
