Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant went to a taxi operated by B in front of the 59 Yongsan-gu Embassy, Yongsan-gu, Seoul Embassy, and did not pay a taxi fee, and did not pay a taxi fee, the Defendant took a bath on the ground that D, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Yongsan Police Station C commander of the Seoul Yongsan Police Station, who was dispatched upon receipt of 112, asked the circumstances of the instant case, and assaulted D’s chest by her head, and was accompanied by E, a police officer called the above D and the police officer called together with the above D and the police officer called together.

The Defendant, at all times, assaulted the above E, who requested him to sit in the place and make a statement of circumstances, such as “In order to punish the E, I shall do so.” and assaulted the face of him/her several times as his/her head would be.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the above D and E, who is a police official, and obstructed his legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of public security and order.
