Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) Happon medication, Happon, Happon (hereinafter “copon”); (b) 2.07g of psychotropic drugs, which were kept in custody of psychotropic drugs, at the Happon’s house located in the Defendant’s house located in Happon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Mappon”); (c) 3.07g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs stored in a single-use injection instrument; and (d) 3.07g of copon administered a copon by means of inserting it into the blood body.

2. On August 3, 2016, around 17:00 on August 3, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones, which were kept in custody after being d from sexually in the Defendant’s house as stated in paragraph (1), into a single-use injection machine, and dilution them into the blood register and injection them into the blood register.

3.
