Defendants are not guilty. The summary of this judgment is publicly announced.

Ⅰ. From April 2008 to October 201, Defendant A, while working as a construction division of F Co., Ltd. in Busan-gun E (hereinafter “F”), Defendant A performed parking lot construction works within E, taking overall charge of all construction work and material supply, business selection, construction supervision, etc. in E. The Defendant B is “H below” in Busan-gun G.

The document in H’s name written by the corporation or record reveals that the document in the name of H is a part of individual, and is mixed with a part of a corporation. In this case, the document in the name of H is unified and recorded as one of the two because it seems that the distinction between the two

B In the actual management of F, “the steel frame of this case” is referred to as “the steel frame of this case, such as steel bars and sn beam beam beams, etc. to the F parking lot.

A. The delivery was made.

1. Defendant A had a duty to carry out business operations fairly in the course of carrying out the construction of parking lots in E, but Defendant A had a f’s representative director, who resided in Seoul and could not actually engage in the said construction work for any other business, with the intention to gain profits from H who supplies the steel frame of this case using the status of the actual manager.

Defendant

A around February 12, 2010, received implied solicitation from B to receive various conveniences for business, such as the payment of advance payment to the steel frame of this case, on the roads of the construction department office in E, and received KRW 60 million in cash in return for such solicitation.

As a result, Defendant A received illegal solicitation in relation to his duties and received money and valuables under the pretext of the case cost.

2. Defendant B made an implied solicitation for various convenience, such as the payment of advance payment to the steel frame of this case at the time, place, as described in paragraph (1) above, and as above, KRW 60 million in cash.
