A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of forging official documents at the District Court, and the judgment was finalized on May 10, 2019.

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle BM5 car in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On December 6, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car on December 13:12, 2018, and proceeded bypassing the two-lanes of the two-lanes of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, along the two-lanes from the Han River Station to the Han River Station.

In this case, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by properly operating the steering and steering the steering gear well, and by accurately manipulating the steering gear.

Despite the fact that no person violating the Resident Registration Act unlawfully uses another person’s resident registration number, the Defendant, upon receiving a traffic accident report at the same time and at the same place as the above paragraph 1, demanded identification from F of the police box belonging to the Seoul Yongsan Police Station Estation, which was called out by the police box, was punished due to the crime of forging official documents for which imprisonment became final and conclusive, notified the name of G, and notified H, which is the resident registration number of G, who was a usual letter of credit.

Accordingly, the defendant used G resident registration numbers unlawfully.
