A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to three years to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, etc. in the Jeju District Court's original branch on September 3, 2009, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 11, 2015.

Criminal facts

1. On July 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 04:17, on the part of the victim L at night, at around 04:17, committed theft of a structure; (b) up to “M restaurant” located in the Dong-gu, Ansan-si; (c) opened the main entrance door and opened a correction device; and (d) invaded into the restaurant; and (c) opened two small credit cooperatives with a cash amounting to KRW 200,000,000 in the market value owned by the victim at the location; and (d) cut off with one hundred thousand,00,000 won in the market value.

5. A special thief against the victim N is a member of an Ansan-si around 04:53 on July 18, 2016, when operating the victim.
