A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and two months for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by the Incheon District Court, and on October 13, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Incheon District Court for obstruction of business, etc. on October 13, 2009, which became final and conclusive on February 11, 2010, and the sentence of the suspended sentence becomes null and void, and was released on May 9, 201, and the period of parole was expired on May 15, 201.

Criminal facts

1. On June 22, 2012, at around 06:19, the Defendant interfered with the business, at the six-story ward of the E Hospital, managed by the victim D in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, brought a disturbance to the nurses and patients in the relevant area, and led them to play at the place where stability is being ensured.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the hospital business of the victim by force.

2. At around 06:49 on June 22, 2012, the Defendant insultd the victim openly by publicly alleging the victim to the slope G (the age of 38) belonging to the Fream Zone of the Incheon Western Police Station, the victim, who was dispatched upon receipt of the 112 report, the victim at the expense of the first floor of the hospital as indicated in paragraph (1) and several patients.

3. On June 22, 2012, the Defendant 06:49, at the place indicated in paragraph (2) on June 22, 2012, arrested a slope G belonging to the F Zone G of the Incheon Western Police Station as a flagrant offender in the crime of insult. On the same day, at around 06:54 on the same day, the Defendant spits down the face of the said G in several times on the face and on the surface of the said G.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of police officers in the act of committing a crime.
