Punishment of the crime

2. On March 21, 2016, the Defendant, at the same place on March 21, 2016, planned to purchase an unmanned practice flight machine to be used by the U.S. military forces at this time for training from the victim.

When lending money, the said practice aircraft was sold, and the profits were distributed, and the principal and half of the profits were paid.

However, in fact, the defendant thought that he was able to use it as an urgent amount of money borrowed from the injured party, and there was no intention or ability to purchase an unmanned practice flight machine in Pyeongtaek-si military unit.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and received 20 million won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative head of the Tong in the name of the defendant on the same day.
