A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 8, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor due to interference with business in the branch court of the Changwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 1, 2017.

1. On January 24, 2018, at a main station with no trade name in Jinju City, around 18:08, the Defendant: (a) drinked drinking with D, etc., and called the reported center to the above D’s mobile phone phone to the 112 Report Center; (b) reported falsely to the assistant E belonging to the Gyeongnam National Police Agency that “the Defendant died of a person”; and (c) made a police officer, etc. belonging to the Fdistrict of the Jinju Police Station to dispatch him to the site.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the protection of police officers' lives, bodies and property and the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes through fraudulent means.

2. On January 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was refused to issue a transit bus ticket on the ground that the victim I, an employee of H, was insufficient in the amount paid by the Defendant; and (b) on the ground that the Defendant was refusing to issue a transit bus ticket on the ground that there is a lack of the amount paid by the Defendant from the victim I, a staff member of H, around 19:00, Jinju-si 712; (c)

C. C. C.O.S.’s h.o.’s h.o.m.’s h.m.’s h.m.’s h. to prevent a large number of unspecified people who had been at the same time from being issued a bus ticket, thereby obstructing the victim’s right operation by force over about 10 minutes.

3. The Defendant damaged property at the same date, time, and place as described in the preceding paragraph, on the grounds as described in the preceding paragraph, and on the grounds as described in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant destroyed the transparent Acryle board board owned and managed by the Plaintiff Jinju bus Terminal Operation Association in his hand, thereby damaging the damage equivalent to KRW 176,00 in its repair cost.
