Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance (except for the part concerning the conclusion of the judgment) except for the following modifications, and thus, it shall be quoted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
제1심 판결 이유 중 제1의 가항 부분(제2면 제7행)의 ‘피고 D’을 ‘D’으로, 제1의 나항 부분(제2면 제13행)의 ‘명의는 F’을 ‘명의는 E’으로, 제3의 가의 2)항(제5면 제17행)의 ‘2014. 7. 21. 등록된 A인감’을 ‘2014. 7. 21. 이후 ●모양이 새겨진 인감(이하 ’A인감‘이라 한다)’으로, 제3의 가의 2)항(제5면 제18행) ‘2015. 7. 13. B인감’을 ‘2015. 7. 13. ★모양이 새겨진 인감(이하 ’B인감’이라 한다)‘으로 각 수정한다.
2. As such, the plaintiff's claim shall be dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance shall be just and it shall be dismissed as it is so decided as per Disposition.
