Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

When galloning on the Internet site, the Defendant posted a false advertisement sign to sell Handphones or well-known mixed pockets, and tried to report the above advertisement book and obtain money from the victims who want to purchase the above ticket.

On November 23, 2014, the Defendant posted an advertisement letter to the Internet Nurina’s website, and expressed the same attitude to sell the above Twit books to the victim D, who expressed his intent to report the above advertisement book and to purchase the pocket books.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell the above diskettes normally even if he receives the above diskettes from the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 190,00 from the victim to the bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and received KRW 3,202,00 in total from November 23, 2014 to February 2, 2015, and received KRW 35 times in total, as shown in the separate crime list.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
