1. The defendant shall pay 45,039,156 won to the plaintiff A and 20% per annum from June 20, 2019 to the day of full payment.

According to the purport of Gap's evidence No. 1 and all pleadings as to the cause of the claim, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff A a total of 45,039,156 won of unpaid wages and retirement allowances, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as prescribed by the Labor Standards Act from June 5, 2019 to the date of complete payment from June 20, 2019 to the date of complete payment, which is 14 days after June 5, 2019, and 31,539,933 won in total, including unpaid wages and retirement allowances, and 14 days after the date of retirement from April 13, 2019 to the date of full payment.

On the judgment of the defendant's assertion, since the defendant claimed wages to the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Corporation, it is alleged that the defendant can claim only the remainder except the amount expected to be received by the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Corporation. However, the above reasons alone are not sufficient to refuse the payment of the plaintiffs

Therefore, the defendant's argument is not accepted.

3. In conclusion, each of the instant claims against the plaintiffs against the defendant is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all.
