Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) cut off 32 Mask-kak-kak-kak-gu D’s pharmacy located in Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 17:49, and 2 Mask-kak-kak-kak, which had been displayed at the display stand in another pharmacy, with a view to cutting off three Mask-kak-kak-kak-kak-kak, which had been displayed at the display stand in the other pharmacy; and (b) on seven occasions, the Defendant stolen goods equivalent to KRW 114,00
