A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 10,000,000, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months on June 18, 2014 to a violation of the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products Act by the Suwon Friwon on June 18, 2014, and is currently under the grace period after the sentence was issued on June 26, 2014.

Defendants are married couple, and from November 8, 2013, from Suwon-si F, those engaged in livestock processing business and meat packaging business with the trade name “G” from Suwon-si F.

Where a person who has obtained a license for livestock product processing business intends to change his/her factory room, he/she shall obtain permission from the competent authority, and shall not operate his/her business without obtaining permission for change.

Nevertheless, from November 8, 2013 to April 29, 2015, the Defendants conspired to manufacture a total of 593,238 miles, “Wood Sck and meat cut meat” (total market price of 1,753,973,100 won, total market price of 1,753,973,100 won, total market price of sales) in the manner that salt, knick, knick, and boomed salt, knick, knick, and knick, and sold it to customers.

As a result, Defendants conspired (limited to the crime committed from June 19, 2014 to April 29, 2015) and manufacturing engaged in livestock products processing business without obtaining permission of change.
