A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around 13:30 on May 21, 2014, the Defendant driven a C low-speed car while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.238% from the 5km section from the 734-15-ro ju to the e1st oil station in the e1st-dong from the e1st-dong in the e1st-dong.
