A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a DNA cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.171% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.171% from the roads in front of the Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-gun, to the roads in front of the same military C, around 19.5km.
