A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:00 on June 28, 2020, the Defendant driven a C-wing truck under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.090% from the 1km section from the 6-4m section to the front road from the 6-4m section of a public parking lot in Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do.

2. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C-wing and cargo vehicle.

At around 23:00 on June 28, 2020, the Defendant proceeded with a road one-lane in front of the Kangwon-gun, Gangwon-do, at the direction of the direction, from the direction to the direction of the parallel.
