Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On July 8, 2014, at the Suwon District Court, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape, etc.) and two months of imprisonment for larceny at the Suwon District Court on October 29, 2014, and completed the execution of each of the above punishment on July 2, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Larceny;

A. At around 18:40 on July 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed soup drying, set up, at the 7th floor of the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant: (b) cut off, with one Samsung Ggal ju S3 mobile phone at the market price of the victim, which is equivalent to KRW 150,000,000, and one copy of the Samsung Ggal ju S3 mobile phone; and (c) one copy of the fym card at the new bank located in the cell phone; and (d) one copy of the fym card at our country.

B. At around 20:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim F’s cellular phone by putting the cresh in side and locking person, with one gallon-2 mobile phone in the market price of 1,000,000, which is the other victim’s possession; (b) one driver’s license, one resident registration certificate, one new card, one national card, and one agricultural debit card, which was entered in the cellular phone case.

2. On July 5, 2015, the Defendant attempted to purchase one cigarette of the amount of KRW 4,500 at the market price from K, an employee of the above convenience store, by using the stolen E’s cream card under the name of his/her father, as if he/she had a legitimate right to use at the I convenience store operated by the victim H in Young-gu G in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si. However, the Defendant attempted to purchase one cigarette of KRW 4,500 from K, an employee of the above convenience store. However, the Defendant failed to purchase the card by reporting the loss of the card.
