1. Larceny;
A. From around that time to January 30, 2017, the Defendant embezzled four victims’ property by the same method as indicated in the daily list of crimes and the total amount of four times between that time and January 30, 2017, and acquired property benefits equivalent to 17,60,000 won in excess of the amount delegated to the Defendant by making the information processing device, such as a computer, enter the information without authority, and making the data processed.
