1. The defendant attached Form to the plaintiffs

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant is the implementer of a business that newly constructs and sells “I”, which is a main complex officetel with the size of 6th and 40th above ground on the ground of Busan Shipping Daegu H, and the Plaintiffs are the buyers who entered into a contract for the supply of the instant officetels between the Defendant and the Defendant.
B. The Plaintiffs attached Form 2
1. On each corresponding date stated in the column for the date of the agreement, the Defendant entered into a supply contract with the following content (hereinafter “instant supply contract”) with regard to each section of exclusive ownership entered in the column for the number of households of the same Table among the instant officetels as the sale price with regard to each section of exclusive ownership listed in the same table.
(A) At the end, “A” and “B” refer to the Plaintiffs, who are several buyers, respectively). I supply contract (the scheduled date of occupancy: (a) from December to April of the following year (the scheduled date of occupancy shall be later designated and notified, as it can be altered according to the process): the scheduled date of occupancy: April 2018 (the scheduled date of occupancy shall be later designated and notified; and (b) April 2018 (the scheduled date of occupancy shall be later designated and notified) [Plaintiff C, D, and F] occupancy: December 2017 (the scheduled date of occupancy may be altered by the process; (c) Article 8 (Annual and Compensation for Delay) of the General Provisions of the supply contract (the scheduled date of occupancy shall be later designated and notified); (d) “B” shall be paid at the rate exceeding the interest rate on loans and additional charges of an intermediate payment bank for each period, and at least three (1) months after the expiration of the agreed payment period, more than three (3) months, and at the end of 16 (3) months,0) months after the late payment period.
In addition, the late payment charge for the funds shall be the occupancy designation period.
